Guillotine Technical Services are renowned in the industry as one of the top suppliers of refurbished guillotines and ancillary equipment. We refurbish all makes and models and size formats.
Guillotine Service and safety checks
Legislation dictates that all powered guillotines have a safety inspection on a six monthly basis.
Our engineers are qualified and trained to carry out this work. We recommend that your guillotines are serviced annually and we can arrange this for you.
Electro-mechanical repairs
If your guillotine machine has a breakdown we can send out one of our specialist engineers to repair it for you. Our engineers are trained in all aspects of engineering, so if you have an electronic issue or a mechanical failure on any guillotine we will be able to assist you and get you quickly back into production.
Machine moves and Installation
Moving guillotine machinery is a very specialised job requiring expert knowledge. We are equipped and insured to move any make and model of guillotine internally or to a new site location.
Safety and guard systems
As you can imagine safety is paramount with a guillotine. We have a long history in this area and have specialist knowledge with repair and installation on all make and models. We are agents for Safety Scan and Universal Guards having installed many of these systems over the years
Automation and guillotine Back gauge controls
If you have a machine with a faulty back gauge control or would like to up date your guillotine with the latest in automation control, we can help.
We are agents for the MIcrocut systems and can also offer our own controls that are compatible with all makes and models.
Spare parts
We stock a large selection parts for guillotines. Some of the older Polar guillotine parts are no longer available so we have these parts manufactured to help keep you machine running. We can supply new HSS and TCT replacement blades for all makes and models at a very competitive price.
If you have apart that needs replacing be it a shear bolt or a control circuit board we will endeavour to assist you.
