Having worked as a Technician at Seratan Computer Systems in Manchester our founding member David Slade was involved with the design and build of guillotine Infra red guard systems and automation. He established DTS Engineering in 1994 supplying and installing guillotine guard systems and servicing machinery. DTS Engineering evolved and grew with the buoyant Print and paper industry and developed the IC2100 back gauge control system to automate all guillotines, with the addition of staff the company moved into the supply of machinery carrying out full guillotine refurbishment from our site in Atherton Manchester UK. Servicing and safety checking of guillotine machines as well as machine repairs was expanded and a good team of engineering knowledge was built on. Sadly with the crash around 2009 the company was disbanded and a new smaller stronger company was started trading as Guillotine Technical Services.

We have been trading steadily in an ever changing market always looking at new areas that we can apply our services.

We have a really loyal customer base with some customers having traded with us for over thirty years. We hope to carry on helping our customers and making new alliances with companies going forward.
