These pages tell you the legal aspects and terms & conditions on which we will supply you any of the products listed in our shop. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order from the site. You should understand that by ordering any of our products and selecting that you agree to the Terms & Conditions during checkout, you agree to be bound by these terms

We accept most credit and debit cards under the Pay Pal scheme, this is the last part of the purchase process and is completed on a secure site page. If your card issuer rejects payment for your order you will be notified by us but no processing of your order will take place until the matter has been resolved. If you would prefer to pay on a Proforma basis by cheque or bank transfer please use the ‘contact us’ form or telephone us – the payment will not be deemed to have been made until the cheque or transfer has been honoured by the drawers bank (cleared funds are received)

Customer registration is required before you can complete the purchase. Registration will enable you to access the ‘My Account’ section of our site to update your details, view your invoice history & status, set up a wish list and join our mailing list. We do not sell or pass on any of your details or store any card information. When you have made your selections, click the 'Start Checkout' button to start the payment process. You can return from the basket by clicking on the 'Continue Shopping' button. To remove an item click on the (X) next to the item. At the checkout there is the option to pay by Credit/Debit Card. You can review you order, then complete. When completed you will automatically receive an email.

You can purchase most consumable items online, however ‘extras’ and ‘machines’ require professional fitting, installation or delivery and are not available to buy on-line.  All prices quoted are in £ Sterling

Our online prices include VAT at the prevailing rate and delivery to UK addresses by standard courier service or Royal Mail 1st class (subject to size and weight restrictions).

Terms & Conditions
In these terms and conditions the following expressions shall have the following meanings:
- "The Company" means Guillotine Technical Services Limited.
- "The Customer" means the person, firm or company offering to buy goods from the Company.
- "The Goods" means the goods or materials that the Customer is buying or offering to buy.

1. General
The Customer should check product suitability before ordering. The Customer must not buy, sell or use products if they are in any way uncertain. Do not change or alter the products or sell, pass on or use in any way that the manufacturer has not specifically agreed to or designed the product for. Do not infringe copyright. If you are in any way unsure of your legal position, obtain independent legal advice.

2. Quotations
Every quotation is subject to change without notice. The Company reserves the right to withdraw after acceptance by the Customer where the Company is not satisfied to the Customers credit worthiness.

3. Specifications
Descriptions, specifications and measurements etc… do not form part of the contract and are intended to represent a general ideal of the goods

4. Prices
All orders are accepted and quotations are given at prices offered when the order is accepted or the quotation given. The Company reserves the right to change the prices offered at the date of despatch. The Company reserves the right to increase prices in the event of increases in any directly attributable cost. The Company reserves the right to amend prices to correct errors(typographic) or emissions whether or not the order has been confirmed – in this instance we would notify/contact you for instructions or to cancel the order.

5. Delivery
These charges will be confirmed as you proceed through the checkout. Delivery dates are estimate only and given in good faith by The Company to indicate estimated delivery times but shall not amount to any contractual obligation to deliver at the time stated. The Company will accept no liability for or consequential loss or damage arising from delay in delivery. Goods are dispatched via various recognised carriers. It is the Customer's responsibility to check all goods for damage before signing for acceptance of said goods.. Once goods are signed for The Company will not admit any liability for damage.

6. Damage in Transit
The Company will repair or replace free of charge, any goods damaged in transit provided that The Company receive written notification of such damage within two days of delivery. Goods received in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition must be signed for as such. On receipt, goods should be checked with the despatch note enclosed with the goods. Shortage claims will only be considered if The Company receives written notification of such shortage within 24 Hours of delivery, failing which no liability will be admitted. The packing and contents should be retained for inspection.

7. Cancellations
The Customer has no right of cancellation of an order in whole or in part except with the Companies consent. The Company reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% when cancellation of an order has been agreed. In the event of the product(s) that you order are no longer available, we may offer you substituted goods of a similar nature and quality. In this case we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed, if you do not want to proceed you can cancel your order and a full refund will be processed.

8. Transfer of Property
The goods shall remain the property of the Company until the Company has received Payment In Full for the goods and the Customer will not pledge, charge or otherwise encumber the goods until the payment has been made in full.

9. Return Of Goods / refund policy
If the goods have already been dispatched to you, you can cancel your order by returning the goods to us at your own cost and in accordance with the conditions given below.

You can return any goods you have purchased from us within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the cost of the goods, provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in saleable condition. If you wish to return any goods to us, you must notify us by phoning or sending an e-mail with details of the goods to be returned and the original invoice number.

All goods should be returned to us at the address given. You should use an insured delivery service at your own cost and obtain proof of posting, in case of loss or damage during transit to us. Upon receipt of the goods we will issue you with a refund of the cost of the goods, subject to the provisions outlined above. We accept no liability for goods returned to us in any other condition or in any other circumstances.
How and when do I get my refund?
You will receive an email or phone call when your return item has been processed indicating the amount to be refunded. The refund will be sent back to your card at this point. Depending on banks, this can take 3-5 working days. If you paid by cheque, we will send you a letter along with your cheque when your goods are processed.

10. Data Protection
The Customer agrees that The Company may put its name and other details obtained from the order form into a computerised database for The Companys use and to enable The Company to provide the Service unless the Customer gives specific written instructions to the contrary.

Customer information is not shared nor used for purposes other than order fulfillment and ongoing product development.

11. Warranty
Goods are warranted by the Company or authorised third party to the Customer against defects in workmanship and material during the applicable warranty period. Warranty is limited to the goods being used for the purpose intended only

Except for the express warranties stated above, the Company disclaims all other warranties or conditions whether express or implied in law.

12. Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order.

13. Force Majeure
We shall be excused from non-delivery or delay in delivery directly or indirectly caused or resulting from events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

14. Law
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute under these terms and conditions.
